Elsa was born with a special power which is icy powers.

Since one accident, she started isolated herself to protect people she loves.

Anna couldn't understand why her sister keeps shut her up since she was a kid.

The song, Do You Want To Build A Snowman?, shows she desires a company who is her sister
這首歌"Do You Want To Build A Snowman?"展現了他渴望他姐姐作伴
After keeping asking, she keeps getting the answer, NO.
在不斷地詢問與拒絕後，
'Okay, bye' is full of disappointment.
這句"好吧~再見"滿滿的失望
She gave up, and she tried to be happy alone. Thanks her optimism.
他放棄了，只好試著獨自地快樂。感謝他的樂觀
So the only thing she can do is talking to herself, having fun with the ways she can do.
所以他唯一可以做的事是跟自己講話，自娛娛人的演出，或是自愚愚人

Kristoff said

Getting in a group is not easy, Kristoff was so lucky to have his friends (or should say family).
