I want to introduce two interesting Taiwan street foods to you.

1. Blood on a Stick/Pig Blood Cake/Porky Rice Cake 豬血糕

This September, this is top 1 the weird & strangest food on VirtualTourist.com in U.K.
We ususally steam it, then apply some sauce, and put some cilantros, and sprinkle peanut powder on it.
Sometimes, we will fry in oil or make pig blood soup.
Why is this top 1 the weird & strangest food in U.K.?
Maybe people in U.K. don't eat any internal organs.
My friend said it's a scared food because cooked long long time, the blood still was blood.

2. Stinky Tofu 臭豆腐

It smells stinky.
We usually steam, or fry in oil, or barbecue it.
I personally prefer to fry, especially with pickle and chili.
When steamed, it smells too bad. I don't like it too much.
