        Sesame oil chicken with rice wine is a very traditional food in Taiwan, especially during the winter time or after women gave birth because sesame oil and ginger are good for healing. My mother, grandmothers, and aunts usually cook it for us because it is very healthy and prevents colds. Before I came to Canada, I thought it was difficult to cook, but actually I was wrong. Once at our Chinese New Year party, Claire, one of the Taiwanese students, taught me how to cook this dish, so I want to introduce it to you.
        The basic and most important thing is that you need to prepare some ingredients which you can buy from Superstore. These ingredients are as blew: one small bottle of sesame oil, three big bottles of rice wine or cooking wine, one box of chicken legs or one whole chicken, and one piece of ginger root the size of your palm. You first need to slice the ginger root, and you can use more ginger root if you like a more gingery taste. Cook the sesame oil chicken with rice wine by following these steps.
        Next, you just need to use a big pot and put the sesame oil in the pot. When the sesame oil becomes warm, you put all of the ginger in the pot and fry it. You can smell the fragrance of sesame oil and these slices of ginger root. Second, you put the chicken legs in the pot and fry them. When the chicken legs turn a little golden, you pour in the three bottles of cooking wine. Third, when it is boiling, you can reduce the heat, but you need to keep it boiling until the meat is tender and the alcohol evaporates, and then you can enjoy this dish, sesame oil chicken with rice wine.
        Basically, this dish is one kind of chicken soup, so you can add rice noodles or bean noodles which are made from green beans and peas. It is a very easy meal, but you will feel warm when you finish it. During the winter time, I especially miss this dish. Fortunately, I learned to make this dish because of Claire, but unfortunately, I could not bring the sample for everybody because it is expensive to buy these ingredients in Canada. I hope that you are able to make this sesame oil chicken with rice wine because it is very easy and delicious.

        Taiwan, where I come from, is located to the east of Asia in the west of the north Pacific Ocean.         In every culture, food is the most important thing, especially in Taiwan. If you want to eat some typical food, going to night markets is a good idea because night markets are highly competitive markets, so only delicious food allows vendors to survive, but the price is not higher than other restaurants. There are all sorts of food and beverages in Taiwan, like pearl tea; a variety of foreign food can be found here as well, for instance Thai food.
24-Hour Restaurants
        In Taipei or some big cities, you can easily find a restaurant and then eat a good and hot night snack anytime you feel hungry. It is very convenient and different from other countries, and you can have a variety of options, for example Hong Kong Yum Cha and Yonghe Soy Milk King, or some snack bars.

Plurk is a free social networking and micro-blogging service that allows users to send through short messages or links, including YouTube.
Updates are then shown on the users' home page using a timelink which lists all the update received in chronological order, but plurk is not any meaning, and it is just easy to be pronunced. Someone said plurk combines two words - people and lurk or acronym of peace, love, unity, respect, and karma. If you often use it, it can increase your experience point, and then you can use some extra service, for example pictures.

Alice in Wonderland is a very popular novel in the world and was written in 1865.

Under the Tuscan Sun was written by Frances Mayes, who is an American university professor and writer. The main contents of this book talk about her experiences after buying an abandoned house, Bramasole, in the Tuscan countryside. Then she starts having a different life, and she really enjoys it.
In the first half, it describes in detail how they bought this house and what happened during decorating. Some old friends came to visit them, and even a wedding was held, and they met some new people in this foreign town. In the second half, they live and enjoy Tuscany, and they travel somewhere. It is all about their life in this foreign country, Italy, and they are changed by place. The final part, was added, I think, after publishing. First, it tells about some travelers who have read her book begin coming to Tuscany and are interested in the culture, art, and history. Second, she talks about her feelings after reading the screenplay which was based on her book. Though much had been changed, she still felt the spirit of the book was intact.
Having seen this movie, Under the Tuscan Sun, I chose this book for my novel summary. I expected that I could read something about why she wanted to buy a house in a foreign country and how she made this big decision, but it just happens naturally and surely. After reading it, I realize that it is completely different from the movie, and I feel it was boring. While reading it, some friends suggest that I should change my novel, but I was still looking forward to something I could be surprised at. Truly, it is a memoir but not a novel. In this book, she, too, introduces some Italian recipes, but I am only interested in a few pages about when they traveled to Maremma in Tuscany because I felt like I was there with them. Someday I want to travel to Tuscany if I have a chance. Maybe this is why it was a New York Times bestseller for more than two and a half years. Personally, I do not want to recommend this book, but if you like traveling and cooking, you can try to read it. I think that Under the Tuscan Sun is a special travel and cook book.

Romeo and Juliet was written by William Shakespeare about two young different backgroung lovers.
It was Shakespear's most popular plays during his life time. Actually, I didn't read or watch this story even though 1996 movie, Leonardo DiCaprio and Claire Danes plays. It has opera, musical, ballet, TV show, and movie. I just know they both died because Romeo misunderstood Juliet's death. Almost of people are looking for love, but you want your love is passionate and strong or nothing and simple.

     I think that downloading music and films will hurt the artists who make them.
     First, downloading makes them lose their marketing. If everyone downloads but doesn't buy music and films, the artists will not earn money, and then they can not produce their new work. Second, you can not enjoy music or films of downloads. Movie theater has the good surround-sound, you can experience the view and sound of movies and enjoy it. The sound of CDs is better than the sound of downloads. However, if they are not too expensive, I will buy them and enjoy them because I love collecting them. If the artists do not produce a new one, I will be upset.
     In conclusion, I believe that downloading hurts the artists who make them.

     Every person would like to have their own house, and so would I.
     In my perfect house, there are three important rooms. The first one is my bedroom. Having a good night's sleep is the most important thing in a day, and if you have it, you will feel refreshed the next day. The second on is a living room where there are a television and a home theatre. Music and movies are the most important things in my life, so I can enjoy these and feel relaxed. The third one is my study. I like collecting many foreign books because they are very colorful and beautiful even if I can not completely understand them.
     All in all, I think that my perfect house should include a bedroom, a living room and a study.

     I need to complete these requirements because I want to finish level five.
First, for writing I must finish the journal about my life and five paragraphs in class. These practices can improve my writing skill. Second, for reading I must read a novel and then write about the story. It is called the novel summary which includes my introduction and opinon. Third, for pronunciation I must record a passage of approximately 100 words long. I need to pay attention to phoneme pronunciation, stress, rhythm, and intonation. Fourth, for listening I need to listen to a message and write about what I listen to. I have to pass it and only have three chances. If I completed the writing, reading, pronunciation, and listening, I will be evaluated by my teachers and then move up to level six.

This film is the 2003 ultimate romantic comedy from the makers of Bridget Jones’s Diary and Notting Hill. Love Actually is the first movie Richard Curtis, who is a screenwriter, has directed. The movie featured many famous British actors, including Hugh Grant, Colin Firth, Bill Nighy, Emma Thompson, Liam Neeson, Alan Richman and Keira Knightly, in eight different love stories, which are connected.

 
The movie begins at an airport, and someone is talking about when the planes hit the Twin Towers. None of the phone calls from the people were messages of hate or revenge, and they were all messages of love; rather, he is bringing the title, Love Actually, out in this sentence, Love Actually is all around.
